Some people really don't know when to use "I" and when to use "me," so here's a quick lesson. (This is not directed at anyone in particular.)
Good Examples:
Kelly and I were going to the store. ("I" when it's the subject, usually at the beginning of the sentence)
They were going to give it to Kelly and me. ("me" when it's the indirect object)
They saw me and Kelly. ("me" when it's the direct object)
This ball is for me and Kelly. ("me" in a prepositional phrase)
Bad examples:
Kelly and me were going to the store.
They were going to give it to Kelly and I.
They saw Kelly and I.
This ball is for Kelly and I.
